Uh Huh Her Tickets

Uh Huh Her Tickets—Dreamy, electro indie-pop

Probably named after P.J. Harvey’s successful 2004 album, Uh Huh Her took the indie-rock scene by storm in 2007 with their self-titled debut record. Their dreamy synth-rock sounded like equal parts Ladytron and Liz Phair, and earned them plenty of fans. With the band’s renown growing and a new album out in 2008, you can bet you’ll see them on the tour circuit. Look for concert tickets up above!

Uh Huh Her Tickets—About Uh Huh Her

Uh Huh Her is a duo made up of Leisha Hailey (memorable for her acting on HBO’s gay and lesbian drama The L Word) and Camila Grey (providing bass, keyboards and production). Their 2007 EP, I See Red, won them a lot of attention and set the stage for their 2008 debut full-length album, Common Reaction, which was released by RCA.

Uh Huh Her Tickets—More info

Hailey and Grey both have very different backgrounds when it comes to music. Hailey heard the siren’s call from the indie-rock world early in life; Grey grew up studying classical piano compositions and listening to Neil Diamond in her home. Later, she provided vocals for infamous film score composer Hans Zimmer. But together, they’re a perfect marriage of mysterious electronic sound and arty indie-rock.
