San Francisco has played host to plenty of eccentric bands in the past, but Thee Oh Sees seem to be setting a record for
making some of the weirdest rock to come out of the city in years. Taking a lo-fi approach to San Fran's classic psychedlia
and infecting it with a vibe that's more punk than hippie, the band has earned an enthusiastic cult following. Get concert

Thee Oh Sees is the more-than-slightly mad brainchild of John Dwyer, who originally called the band OCS, though he could
never quite make his mind up on what the acronym stands for (it's previously stood for Orange County Sound and Orinoka Crash
Suite). After many tweaks, Dwyer finally seems to have settled on the name Thee Oh Sees.
Thee Oh Sees tickets are now available! In 2008, the band released their debut, The
Master's Bedroom is Worth Spending the Night In. It immediately grabbed the attention of critics, and word of mouth helped
the band develop a steady following in indie rock circles. They followed it up with the even more popular Help in 2009.
Since then, the band's growth seems to know no bounds.
