Every year, college sports
fans keep a close eye on NCAA football. The Pioneer Football League is one of the reasons behind this passion, thanks to top-notch

teams like Dayton, Jacksonville, Drake, San Diego and others.
Before the Marist Red Foxes football program was the thriving program it is now, it started with a club football team back
in the early 1970s. Eventually, the club football program gave way to a full-fledged varsity program. In 2008, the Marist
Red Foxes joined the Pioneer
Football League and began a new chapter to the storied program.
The Marist Red Foxes football team has one of the most modern stadiums in the Pioneer Football League, Tenney Stadium and
Leonidoff Field. Tenney Stadium was named after the CEO of Pepsi-Cola of the Hudson Valley, Tim Tenney. It first opened in
2007 and also houses the men's soccer, women's soccer, men's lacrosse and women's lacrosse teams.
