Goshen, Indiana natives formed the band Lotus, an electro rock, jazz, funk and electronica fused outfit. Their earliest sets were developed on Goshen College's campus by brothers Jesse and Luke Miller, as well as Steven Clemens, Chuck Morris and Mike Rempel. The debut Vibes appeared just two years after formation in 2001, recorded in concert, followed by the sophomore live set "Germination."
Local fan favorites Lotus have a knack for combining their powerful spirit and live sound into today's recording industry, with full blown bass, drum and keyboard strength in the indie pop rock sound that has been touring the country since the late 1990s. Finding mainstream success with more than a few studio and live albums, Lotus is a phenomenal group you have to see live to fully appreciate!
